Booking Details
- We take payment in Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover through our own secure credit card processor and would email you our rental agreement, have you sign and scan it back to us.
- All rentals require a $200 security deposit which is refundable within 2 weeks after departure assuming no damage, etc.
- A cleaning fee of $75 is charged in addition to the rent.
- The Divi Resort charges a $25 per reservation Environmental Fee that is payable directly to the resort on check out. Guests are responsible for their own resort charges for food, beverage, and calls from the Penthouse.

Strictly limited to 8 persons, including infants.
